Terms & Conditions Information

This website is operated by Pebble Records.  Throughout the site, the terms “we” and “our” refer to Pebble Records.  We offer this website including all information and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated herein.

Terms of service apply to all users of this website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Any new features or tools which are added onto the current shop or website shall also be subject to the Terms.  You can review the most current version at any time on this page.  We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website.  It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.  Your continued use of this website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our shop is hosted by Shopify Inc.  They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Online Shop Terms 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). 

You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Any breach of this will result in an immediate termination of your services to this website. 

We accept payment from Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Diners, Discover and Shopify Pay.  We also accept payments from Paypal.  All payments must be verified and sent out to the registered card holder only.

Please contact us for details of our postal services to International or European countries, as we do not currently have this set up on our online shop.  However we welcome any enquiries and would be happy to help wherever we can.  Please email us, full details can be seen on our contact page.  

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse our service to anyone for any reason at any time.

When you place an order with us online, we do require your name, address and any other relevant contact details to process your order. 

Your details will not be passed onto any third party and are used for completion of your order transaction.  Occasionally we will send you any offers that we have going on throughout the year.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at our shop.  We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate, therefore colours may differ slightly from our photographs.

All descriptions of products or item pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the discretion of us.  We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer to any person.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same customer credit card or the same billing address.  In the event that we make a change or cancel your order, we may contact you by email or any relevant phone number which is provided at the time the order was made.  We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all of your purchases that you make on this website.  You agree to promptly pay for any item ordered online.  If any card information has expired or changed, it is your responsibility to update this accordingly.
